We aim to deliver orders to any address on the UK mainland normally within 3 working days from receipt of order. Some wines are stored in our Bonded Warehouse and additional time may be required to clear these to fulfill your order.
Our minimum order value is £50.00.
Delivery using our own vehicles is free to one address within Post Code areas RG and OX. Delivery is also free for orders over £150.00 value for delivery to one UK mainland address.
Deliveries outside the above parameters are charged at £7.95 per case or part case of 12 bottles.
We are frequently asked for and carry out same-day and next-day deliveries using our own vehicles to addresses within Post Code areas RG and OX. Please advise at time of order if your wine is required urgently by telephoning us on 01635 203050.
Returns policy - Claims for damage or shortage will not be accepted unless they are reported to Wineman Ltd within 2 days of receipt of goods. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to have been broken in transit, or if a problem has occurred during production.
